Sevastopol State University will Cooperate with the Moscow State Institute of International Relations
Sevastopol State University, the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Russian Foreign Ministry signed cooperation agreements on October 22, 2019 as part of the XII Convention of the Russian Association of International Studies ‘World of Regions vs World Regions’.
The Institute of Social Sciences and International Relations of Sevastopol State University plans to launch an internship program at MGIMO for its students, primarily master’s students in the sphere of International Relations. The cooperation also involves the development of joint educational programmes and research on the problems of the wider Mediterranean region.
The Law Institute of Sevastopol State University also actively collaborates with the faculty of MGIMO.
“The conclusion of the agreement was preceded by the great work of the teams at two universities, business meetings and negotiations were held, and now numerous common projects have received official status,” said Veronika Borscheva, Acting Director of the Institute of Social Sciences and International Relations at Sevastopol State University.
